Ms. Savido helped me out the other day in giving me an topic. She suggested that since I am in the National Honors Society, that I plan things and create a website, and help the NHS at City High get on its feet.
Membership - noun - the members of a group such as a species, social class, organization, or mathematical set considered collectively
Standard - noun - the level of quality or excellence attained by somebody or something
Citizenship - noun - the duties and responsibilities that come with being a member of a community
Character - noun - somebody considered in terms of personality, behavior, or appearance
Leadership - noun - the ability to guide, direct, or influence people
Service - noun - an action done to help somebody or as a favor to somebody
Scholarship - noun - academic learning or achievement
Qualification - noun - a skill, quality, or attribute that makes somebody suitable for a job, activity, or task
Recruit - verb - enroll or take on somebody: to enroll somebody as a worker or member, or to take on people as workers or members
Recognize - verb - to accept the validity or truth of something
Honors society - noun - society for recognition of student achievement: a club, usually in high school, for students who have excellent grades or a high grade point average
